Mediations are charged at the rate of $10,000.00 for each day of mediation. Study and preparation time will be at $600/hour.

Arbitration fees shall be billed between $600 and $750 per hour depending upon whether serving as a sole arbitrator or on a panel and whether it is domestic or international. 

For Early Neutral Evaluations and Dispute Review Boards, $600/hour shall be charged plus applicable travel related expenses.
