Mediations are charged at the rate of $15,000.00 for each day of mediation plus travel related expenses. Study and preparation time will be at $700/hour.

Arbitration fees are billed at a rate of $700 per hour and apply to all time spent performing arbitration services, including pre-hearing matters, hearings, post-hearing work, review of materials, and drafting of decisions.

For Early Neutral Evaluations and Dispute Review Boards, $700/hour shall be charged plus applicable travel related expenses.
